YES We Did!

Tonight is historic. Having a president-elect that I believe is the right man for the job right now, whose view on the world is one that embodies mine, and who is going to be the first African-American president.... I just stand amazed. Relieved. Elated! Proud! I love my country! I love that four decades after the Civil Rights movement, that we are here. I see people with tears in their eyes. I see hope. I see activism. I see change coming.

I love being an American!
