Tenderness

I am not going to tell here abouthow you love to yell with your deep two year old voiceor how you chase our cat all around the houseor how you like to push people's buttons to see what'll happen. No, I won't even mention how youlove to climb up things you're not supposed to,love to wrestle with your daddy, how you're thrilled when you run at top speed and slam into him, then sit on top of his shoulders so you can touch the ceiling--all within five minutes. What I will tell about is your sweetness, your tender way of showing your love, the way your heart goes out to anyone suffering(even if it's a cartoon character on TV)and how your little arms embrace me with two year old hugs. When your little baby boy doll catches your attention, you gather him up & hold him with care, you feed him, change him, bathe him....My son, you are really All Boy,You have a sweetness and gentlenessthat is just under the surfaceof your bold, intense self. That, my son, is All You!
